Hopefully all replays can be saved and shared should you need to review any incidents. When getting a clip, ensure it's either 15-30 seconds long unless required to be longer, showing Chase Far camera view with Telemetry switched on to show driver inputs (throttle, brake, steering etc) from the point of view of ALL drivers involved. Leave the camera view behind the car at full speed, no need to slow it down or pan around the car unless you feel a supplementary clip is needed showing this. Any clips taken from a replay not following the above format will be ignored as they do not contain the relevant information. Please see example attached HERE as to what is needed in each clip. Any clips taken during the game will also be looked into whether it be from a stream or a clip taken at the time, but please provide a replay based clip when possible to ensure fairness as lag can often be a factor. To submit a Serious Incident form please use the following Serious Incident FormAll SI's must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday after the race Various warnings and penalties will be used depending upon the severity of the incident. A push to pass incident, when a driver bumps into the back of the car infront and gains a place, will result in a 5 second penalty. If the driver gives the place back then no further action will be taken. 3 driver warnings will result in 1 penalty point 1 penalty point = 5 place grid drop 2 penalty points = back of the grid 3 penalty points = race ban A jump start will result in a 10 second penalty - if the driver is seen to visibly lift and not gain an advantage then no further action will be taken. All other decisions and penalties will be discussed by the stewards to decide upon an appropriate penalty All decisions and warnings will be published below

Round 1 - Watkins Glen ShortWith only a single SI handed in after the opening round, there wasn't much to look into other than the starts and any possible jumps Race 1No reports / no jump starts Race 2 No reports / no jump starts Race 3SVR Bradders - jump start (view is from LMP Stats) but not applied due to later incident being wiped out by someone else's sim-twitch, meaning any penalty would be irrelevant - Jump start clipEarni - 1 driver warning for not slowing when an accident occurred ahead. Whilst the stewards are in agreement that the spin was ultimately Birchy's own doing, Earni could have taken better avoiding action by simply slowing down and braking, not ploughing through the sideways Audi. Clip here. Also, how the hell did you manage to go onto the grass on the straightest part of the track?

Round 2 - Brands Hatch IndyRace 1Earni - jump start, 10 second penalty applied CLIP HERERace 2TRAC Tonge - unsafe track re-join causing contact with another. 1 driver warning given CLIP HERENothelleN340 - unsafe driving resulting in a collision with LK Noble, no SI's were submitted and Noble said partially his doing due to sim-steering causing a "sim-twitch" which would have been saveable with normal steering. 1 driver warning given CLIP HERE and HERE so this is self-policing on myself. Race 3ZeroNotHero - jump start, 10 second penalty but not applied due to DNF after incident with Mikeeee below CLIP HERENitemare UK - jump start, 10 second penalty but not applied due to backing off and forfeiting time gained CLIP HEREMikeeee - push to pass manoeuvre on ZeroNotHero resulting in the end of his race as he ended up in the barrier. 5 second penalty applied as it was noted you stopped whereas this would have been a 10 second penalty applied in this situation CLIP HEREEarni - push to pass manoeuvre on SVR Birchy7 and failing to give the place back including an overtake off track resulting in contact with Birchy upon re-entry causing him to go off track. 10 second penalty applied CLIP HERE and HEREA reminder that when submitting clips, to leave it on chase cam (preferably chase far) with telemetry on so it gives a better view to what is happening for the stewards to view the incident. Some requests have also been sent out to several drivers for incorrect vinyl placement, please can these be amended for this weeks event. Thanks

Round 3 - Silverstone NationalRace 1
Nitemare - driver warning for dangerous driving by setting off in reverse on the grid, causing an accident with 2 other cars, SVR Birchy7 and Earni, resulting in them losing time and places - CLIP HEREZeroNotHero - failure to leave sufficient room when moving in behind another car, GTR Norbert, causing a spin and loss of positions. 1 driver warning applied - CLIP HEREGanzHanzCZ - Push to pass manoeuvre on GTR Norbert - 5 second penalty applied - CLIP HERE (same clip as incident above) Earni - Excessive track extension and maintaining speed in order to complete an overtake on ZeroNotHero to then get in to a position to make a second overtake on LMP Stats - 2.5 second penalty applied - CLIP HERE Race 2
GanzHanzCZ - push to pass manoeuvre on LMP Stats - 5 second penalty applied - CLIP HERELK Noble - driver warning applied for hitting the back of LMP Stats who in turn almost spun ZeroNotHero, as no places were gained or lost no time penalties applied - CLIP HERETRAC Stug77 - push to pass manoeuvre on ZeroNotHero - 5 second penalty applied CLIP HERERace 3 TRAC Sabean - driver warning given for failure to leave a cars width on 2 occasions for The Racing Nova, no time penalty applied - CLIP HERESVR Brexit - all stewards agreed there was no incident here, SVR Brexit maintained a line and had ample space to place his car on the inside of The Racing Nova - CLIP HERESVR Jonesy - push to pass manoeuvre on Earni by spinning him off track and taking the position, 5 second penalty applied - CLIP HERE
3 driver warnings result in a 5 place grid penalty at the next round. A reminder that when submitting clips, to leave it on chase cam (preferably chase far) with telemetry on so it gives a better view to what is happening for the stewards to view the incident.

Round 4 - Bernese Alps ClubRace 1 LK Noble - contact with SVR Bradders resulting in loss of places. This was determined to be a racing incident on a 4-1 decision, with the majority determining that the Mercedes of Nitemare caused initial contact with LK Noble’s Audi, which then pushed it into the back of the BMW of SVR Bradders. Racing incident with no penalties applied. Clip 1 - Bradders’ view CLIP HEREClip 2 - LK Noble’s view CLIP HERERace 2LMP Stats - avoidable collision with Earni resulting in complete damage and a DNF. 1 driver warning given and 10 second penalty applied CLIP HERERace 3 No reports Driver warnings list: Earni - 2 LK Noble - 1 LMP Stats - 1 Nitemare - 1 NothelleN340 - 1 TRAC Tonge - 1 ZeroNotHero- 1

Round 5 - Road Atlanta Full
With no SI's submitted and no jump starts (though some were very close to being!) there are no penalties to be given.
Only note is that The Racing Nova receives a 10 second time addition for Race 2, the restriction bucket did not fully apply and having worked out average time losses for each group a small time penalty was added for fairness. Dropping from P6 to P8. This was not his fault and more an issue with the game but still we would not want a racer to be gaining an advantage that way
Driver warnings list: Earni - 2 LK Noble - 1 LMP Stats - 1 Nitemare - 1 NothelleN340 - 1 TRAC Tonge - 1 ZeroNotHero- 1

Round 7 - Le Mans Bugatti
Race 1No SI's submitted or jump starts Race 2 No SI's submitted or jump starts Race 3 GanzHanzCZ & LK Noble - 1 driver warning and 20 second penalty applied to GanzHanz for improper driving standards under safety car conditions and causing damage to SVR Bradders. 1 driver warning applied to LK Noble for improper driving standards under safety car conditions. CLIP HEREGTR Norbert - all stewards decided upon a racing incident for this, both cars converged on the same line although movement was minimal from both. The resulting light contact was enough to make TRAC Stug77 lose the car under braking which then went across the grass into the unsuspecting SVR Brexit. Unfortunate, but difficult to assign majority blame in this instance as sim-steering has an amplifying effect. A reminder to all drivers to give others space in the braking zone, especially in the early laps when the pack is close together. CLIP HERESVY Birchy7 - unsafe track re-entry causing contact first with Sh1ft Away and then causing TRAC Stug77 to brake and take avoiding action which resulted in contact from behind from SVR Brexit. Previous penalties of the same nature has been a 10 second penalty, but as there was a DNF from Birchy immediately after this event, a 5 place grid drop at the next round will be applied and 1 driver warning. CLIP HERETRAC Bliss - push to pass incident with SVR Birchy7 (clip here) would usually result in a 5 second penalty. Although due to further evidence this has been suspended. Both drivers driving standards were deteriorating as the race wore on with lots of smaller incidents in the build up to this. An advisory to both to improve these standards and any further incidents between the two will be dealt with more severely.
Grid drops to be applied at the next round: SVR Birchy7Driver warnings list: Earni - 2 GanzHanzCZ - 1 LK Noble - 2 LMP Stats - 1 Nitemare UK - 1 NothelleN340 - 1 SVR Birchy7 - 1 TRAC Bliss - 1 ZeroNotHero- 1

Round 8 - Lime Rock Full
Race 1
No SI's or jump starts Race 2No SI's or jump starts Race 3 SVR Bradders - after minor contact with Mikeeeeeee on the final corner of the final lap, it was decided to reverse the positions by taking 1 second from Mike's finishing time so he finishes ahead of Bradders. Bradders stated he did not feel the contact but did offer to swap positions immediately after the race as there was no time to do so given the timing of the incident. CLIP HERESVR Brexit - push to pass on LMP Stats, though this was considered to not be intentional due to the accident unfolding ahead it could have been that Stats braked earlier than expected with Brexit being unsighted behind. 2.5 second penalty applied CLIP HEREMikeeeeeeeeee80 - push to pass on LMP Stats, more than enough space was given on the inside to make a clean pass but contact was made forcing Stats wide and off line and the loss of several positions. Had the position been relinquished after the contact then no penalty would have been applied. Following on from the subtraction of time above, a 4 second penalty was applied to Mike's finishing time CLIP HERE
